APM is a Specialist Support provider for culturally and linguistically diverse participants in Workforce Australia.  

Our employment consultants work with people from many different backgrounds and understand the challenges some job seekers may experience when looking for work in Australia.

Eligibility Requirements 

You may be able to access Specialist Support if you: 

  • Are a culturally and linguistically diverse participant in Workforce Australia 
  • Need extra support to prepare for work or find a job 
  • Are referred to APM Employment Services 
  • Meet the eligibility requirements for the service in your area

We'll take the time to understand your goals, skills, experience and any barriers that may be affecting your employment journey. 

2. Create your personal plan

Together, we'll build a personalised plan that identifies suitable opportunities and the support you need to succeed. 

3. Build skills and prepare for work

Access support with communication skills, resumes, interviews, training and other job-ready activities. 

4. Start work with ongoing support

Once you're employed, we'll continue supporting you to help you settle into your role and build long-term success.
