For more than 35 years, Ingeus has supported people to overcome barriers and reach their goals through services that improve employment, health, wellbeing and social participation.
As part of APM Group, Ingeus operates across the United Kingdom, Europe and Asia-Pacific, delivering evidence-based programs that create stronger communities and better opportunities for all.
In 2025 alone, Ingeus supported more than 492,000 people through employment, skills, health, wellbeing and assessment services.
What we do

We do this in several key areas:
Justice
We work with people involved in the justice system to help them develop skills, find employment and successfully reintegrate into their communities. By supporting positive life changes, we help create safer and stronger communities.
Health
We support people to manage health conditions, improve wellbeing and maintain independence. Our programs help people overcome health-related barriers so they can participate more fully in work and everyday life.
Employment
We help people prepare for, find and keep meaningful employment. Our services support job seekers to build skills, increase confidence and achieve long-term career goals, while helping employers connect with diverse and talented candidates.
Assessments
We deliver assessment services that help people with disabilities and health conditions access the support they need to progress towards greater independence and participation.
Youth
We help young people develop confidence, skills and aspirations through programs that create pathways to education, employment and community participation.
