Aejung and Ingeus Korea transcript

Aejung: I am currently working at an investment and securities company after retiring from a different investment and securities company. I’m Aejung Yum. I felt a lot of difficulty doing work that was not suitable for me after I was suddenly assigned to a branch office. Through a job change, I wanted to take my opportunity which is why I decided to retire from the company. When I retired voluntarily, my previous company provided a job change support for voluntary retirement employees, and that’s when I learned about Ingeus for the first time.  At first, I had low expectations. Because I thought that it might simply be a formal and common type of service. However, while receiving counselling thought Ingeus advisor Meeae Kim, I was able to have a chance to think about myself again and get comfort at the same time. Thanks to the advice on writing a resume and choosing a company and appropriate interview coaching, during the job process, I finally got accepted to both companies at the same time so I got the opportunity to choose the company.

Meeae: In the process of conducting counselling, I noticed Aejung’s active mind, that she wanted to live as a subject of her life. Therefore, we consulted in two directions. First, she had work experience at an investment and securities company, so she got re-employed by linking this experience. In the long run, I set goals with writing, which is her interest.  So she was finally accepted by two investment and securities companies. I hope that all the people who have met me will work happily. That’s also my goal.

Aejung: After the change of jobs, I have been able to work more actively in my life, and I think I am incomparably happier than when I passively do jobs that are not suitable for my aptitude. When you're trying to do something, there are times when you meet the limit. At that time, if someone with professional skills like Meeae Kim, advisor at Ingeus, provides support, I think it would be helpful when deciding on which path to go to. I would like to strongly recommend Ingeus’ employment service of outplacement. Thank you.
