Basam: My name is Basam. I have been registered from the beginning when I started searching for a job.

Flora: My name is Flora, I work as a supervisor in Södertälje, Stockholm. During the first meeting with the participant, we made a survey of his skills, competences, experiences and wishes. This is to be able to more easily match him with the right position and employer.
