Director: Set. We’re rolling.

Steve: Oh here we go!

Anita: Dear future boss…

Lisa: I have a mild disability.

Steve: While there has been some progress of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, there’s still a long way to go.

Ellie: It’s time to change the narrative around disability.

Anita: I want more support to people with disability.

Lisa: We don’t like to be discriminated. We can do the same as what other people can do.

Steve: A lot of it comes back to a lack of understanding. What I’d like to see in workplaces, is universal design for everybody.

Anita: Nice and friendly environment.

Lisa: People like me can work and get a pay check.

Anita: I am committed of getting a job.
