18,440 people with a physical disability or injury chose APM for support last year

At APM we know your disability doesn’t define you

We support thousands of people with a wide range of physical disabilities, injuries, or health conditions to prepare for, find, and thrive in secure employment every year.

Last year, 18,440  people with physical disabilities were with APM to receive support through Disability Employment Services (DES) - which changed to Inclusive Employment Australia in November, 2025.

This included more than 10,000 people with spinal disorders and back pain - one of the most common types of physical disability in Australia.

We discuss your interests, the type of work you would like to do, and your employment goals.

Then we work together to help you achieve your goals and find the right job for you.
