Work smarter, safer and more comfortably.

An ergonomic assessment evaluates how a person interacts with their workstation, equipment, tools and work tasks. The goal is to identify factors that may contribute to discomfort, fatigue or injury risk and provide practical recommendations that support safe and effective work.

Assessments can be delivered onsite, remotely, or as part of a broader workplace wellbeing, injury prevention or return to work program.

Our assessments include:

Standard ergonomic assessment

A 45-60 minute on-site ergonomic assessment that reviews an employee’s workstation setup, implements immediate adjustments where possible, and provides clear recommendations in a detailed post-assessment report.

Comprehensive ergonomic assessment

An extensive 90 minute ergonomic assessment that evaluates an employee’s workstation, work tasks and workplace factors impacting employee comfort, safety and performance. Tailored recommendations are provided in a comprehensive report, with practical adjustments implemented during the assessment where possible.

Ergonomic sweep

A proactive workplace assessment for teams of 10 or more employees, identifying ergonomic risks across multiple workstations and providing practical recommendations to improve comfort, safety and productivity.

Vehicle ergonomic assessment

A practical 60-minute assessment that evaluates vehicle setup, driving posture and vehicle use in line with ergonomic principles. Recommendations are provided in a written summary report, with ergonomic adjustments made during the assessment where possible.

Home & WHS ergonomic assessment

A 60-minute in-home assessment that evaluates the employee’s home workstation and work environment to support comfort, safety and productivity while working remotely and ensure suitability. Practical workstation adjustments are made during the assessment where possible, with tailored recommendations provided in a detailed report.

Virtual assessments

A contactless virtual assessment conducted by video link designed to evaluate workstation setup, work practices and ergonomic factors that may impact employee comfort, safety and performance.
