APM Futures is a registered NDIS provider delivering employment supports for NDIS participants who want to prepare for work, find a job, build workplace skills, or progress in employment.
Whether you're leaving school, looking for your first job, returning to work, or need support in your current role, we'll work with you to create a pathway that suits your goals, strengths and aspirations.
You may be able to access:
- School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES) for participants aged 15–22 transitioning from school to work.
- Finding and Keeping a Job supports to help prepare for, find and maintain employment.
- Supports in Employment for participants who are already working and want help achieving workplace goals.
