Through practical workshops and personalised support, you'll gain the tools and knowledge needed to move closer to employment. 

What is Career Transition Assistance?

Career Transition Assistance (CTA) is a program that helps eligible mature-age job seekers gain practical skills and confidence to find and keep a job. 

The course is designed to help you understand your strengths, identify transferable skills, and explore employment opportunities that match your experience and goals. 

Each course runs for up to eight weeks and combines practical learning with personalised support. 

Eligibility 

  • You may be eligible if you: 
  • Are aged 45 years or older 
  • Are registered with Workforce Australia or Inclusive Employment Australia 
  • Meet Australian Government program requirements
