Career Transition Assistance

Designed specifically for mature-age job seekers, Career Transition Assistance (CTA) helps people aged 45 and over build confidence and develop practical skills for today's workforce. 

The program focuses on digital technology, job search skills, confidence building, and identifying the strengths and experience you can bring to employers. 

Employability Skills Training

Build practical job search and workplace skills that can help you stand out in a competitive job market. 

Learn how to create stronger applications, improve interview performance, develop digital skills, understand employer expectations, and explore local employment opportunities. 

Apprenticeships

It's never too late to learn new skills or start a new career. 

Apprenticeships and traineeships are available for people of all ages and can provide hands-on learning, nationally recognised qualifications, and opportunities to move into growing industries.

Self-Employment Assistance

You may be able to access business advice, workshops, accredited small business training, mentoring, and support while you build your business idea and plan for the future.
