What is Employability Skills Training?

Employability Skills Training (EST) is a free program that helps eligible people build the skills and confidence needed to find work. 

The training is designed to help you become job ready through practical workshops, industry insights, and real-world employment advice. 

Whether you're looking for your first job, returning to work, or exploring a new career path, EST can help you prepare for success. 

Eligibility 

You may be eligible if you: 

• Are aged 15 years or over 

• Receive eligible income support payments 

• Have mutual obligation requirements
