How we support your job search

Finding the right job

We take the time to understand what matters to you, from your strengths and interests, to the kind of support you may need in the workplace. With this in mind, we can connect you to job opportunities in Sydney that match your abilities and aspirations.

Writing a resume

A strong resume can open doors. We’ll work with you to create a clear, professional resume that highlights your skills and experience in a way employers can relate to. If it’s your first time writing one, or if it’s been a while since you’ve written one, we’ll walk you through every step.

Preparing for interviews

Feeling nervous about interviews is completely normal. We’ll help you prepare by practising common questions, building your confidence, and offering tips so you feel ready to present yourself well when the time comes.

Training to make you more employable

If you're looking to boost your confidence or expand your skills, we can guide you to training options that align with your job goals. Whether it’s short courses or hands-on programs, we’ll help you find opportunities that make sense for you.

Workplace modifications

If you need adjustments to work safely or comfortably, we can help make that happen. This might include things like flexible hours, changes to your work setup, or access to assistive technology that supports how you work best.
