APM WorkCare understands the unique physical, psychological and social challenges veterans may experience throughout recovery and transition to civilian life. Our dedicated team of rehabilitation consultants are committed to providing tailored, veteran-focused support that can help individuals build independence, improve wellbeing and achieve meaningful employment and life outcomes.
APM WorkCare are a national rehabilitation provider contracted with the Department of Veterans’ Affairs to deliver Rehabilitation Services to eligible veterans. For more information on DVA’s Rehabilitation Services, please visit the DVA website.
If you are eligible for DVA’s Rehabilitation Services, you will be able to choose your preferred provider. If you feel that APM WorkCare is the right fit for you, a referral can be arranged by DVA at your request.

Veterans have the right to choose the rehabilitation provider that best meets their needs. Whether recovery, wellbeing, employment or transitioning to civilian life is the focus, APM WorkCare provides personalised support to help veterans achieve their goals with confidence.

How to choose APM WorkCare as a preferred provider
1. Explore options
Speak with a DVA Delegate to understand rehabilitation entitlements and discuss the support available.
2. Inform the DVA Delegate on the selected provider
If APM WorkCare is the right fit, simply let the DVA Delegate know that APM WorkCare has been nominated as the preferred rehabilitation provider.
3. Start the rehabilitation journey
Once a referral is received, a dedicated rehabilitation consultant will work with veterans to develop a personalised plan that supports recovery, wellbeing, community participation and employment goals.
