Not getting the support you need?
You can change your Inclusive Employment Australia provider at any time.
It is free, and it does not affect your eligibility or your payments.
You can choose your provider
Most people were matched to a provider rather than choosing one.
If that provider is not the right fit, you can ask to change. You keep your eligibility, and you do not start over.
